HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL HIRED

Marla Matthew has been hired as principal of St. Joseph High School on St. Croix, effective in July. A member of the Class of 1971, this is the first time in the school's forty-one year history that a graduate will be heading the school. Ms. Matthew worked for the Virgin Islands Department of Education for thirty-two years. Since 1993, she has been Principal at Ricardo Richards Elementary School.
