TO OUR PARENTS:
Parents are reminded that Progress Reports are available in the office. Additionally, the Student Intent to Return to SJHS for the 2006 -2007 school year must be turned in to the office. This form gives us an accurate count of how many students will/will not be returning to our school. Please pick up a form in the main office.

SCIENCE SYMPOSIUM
The Seventh Annual St. Joseph High School Science Symposium will provide the opportunity for students to share their scientific research projects with others, to be recognized for their scientific accomplishments, and to enhance their resumes for college, scholarship, and future job applications. Description, rules and entry form are available from Br. James Petrait.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
Twenty-two hours of community service must be completed by each student during the school year.

ALUMNI
Many alumni have given of their time to share their knowledge with our students. They spoke of their experience in their respected fields and illustrated how students could improve themselves in areas of education and the work force. Thank you to the following presenters:

SHADOW DAY
The School of the Good Shepherd and St. Mary's School will be visiting the school campus on Tuesday, March 7, 2006 and St. Mary's on Thursday, March 9, 2006. On these two days, the 8th graders will be shadowing our sophomores and juniors.

JETS TEAM
Congratulations to the members of the SJHS JETS Team who took the 3 hour qualifying test. They are Kwame Garcia, Christina Clement, Luanda Garcia, Michaela Cooke, Denis Lynch, Grio O'Bryan and Edward Modeste. Special congratulations to Edward who has been a member of the JETS Team during all 4 years at St. Joseph High School..

RULES & REGULATIONS
~ Students are to be fully dressed in school uniform before entering the campus.

~ Cellular phones are prohibited on campus unless an approved parental consent letter has been forwarded to the Principal.

COLLEGE CORNER
Scholarship applications are available from Mrs. Hodgson, Guidance Counselor. Please abide by the deadline dates and submit your application to the office of the issuing agency at least two days ahead of schedule.
